Just a word about how things went, because there is a lot of talk and inaccurate narration of facts I’d like to get straight: A very limited number of new buildings fell due to poor quality constructions – had i not been like this the number of dead and injured would run into the thousands Many lost their lives in small towns where houses built no less than 100 years ago Most houses are severely damaged and will most likely be demolished – they were built more than 30 years ago New buildings are still sanding and withstood the earthquake with no problem Again thanks to all of you who have reached out to me.
